In 1990 I formed my own limited company Leaguevision Ltd.

  A sufficient number of enquiries for my services on a part time basis encouraged me to concentrate on supporting this work from my home / office. The business has grown sufficiently to now support my wife as a CAD Operator along with one other part-time employee.

For 13 years prior to 1990 I held a staff position with Stratton-Betts Ltd.

Working as a member of their base office design team on the following; Special purpose machines, jig and tool design including drives, castings, fabrications, gearing and general mechanical applications. The production of schematic wiring diagrams, lighting and "small power" layouts, heat and vent, ducting etc. Factory and office layouts. While working in the base office my duties often involved site visits and liaison with clients.

For such companies as Thorn Automation, British Steel, Bentley Engineering, Wildt Mellor Bromley, Walkers Crisps, Luxfer (UK), Slack and Parr, British Marco, R.O.F (Nottm). Stanton & Staveley and W.T. Parker.
